In the business since 1999, Tricia Chartier brings a wealth of knowledge and fun to your real estate experience.
She strives to make you a client for life, and goes above and beyond your expectations to ensure you have the best possible experience.
When she adds you to her “Real Estate Family,” you’ll quickly learn that Tricia’s big personality and straight-forward approach means
you always have a friendly face and trustworthy partner to help you navigate your home search or sale.
Tricia truly loves what she does. A believer in the importance of education, she frequently attends trainings and seminars
to be as knowledgeable about the business and the market as she possibly can.
Tricia is actively involved in Real Estate organizations and networks in the greater Milwaukee area.
She currently serves on the convention committee for WRA, and has been a member of the
Women’s Council of Realtors since 2000, serving as a local president twice, a membership leader for two years,
and state president for one year. Her focus on continuing education makes her an expert in all things Real Estate.
Tricia graduated from Michigan State with a business degree in 1982.
She now lives in Wauwatosa with her husband and her cockapoo, Colby (like the cheese!).
When she’s not selling and showing houses, Tricia can be found zipping around town in her cow-filled convertible,
square dancing, camping, swimming, cooking, and taking clients and friends out boating on Lake Michigan.
Known as the “Moo Lady,” Tricia’s love of cows has to spiraled into a fun brand,
and you’ll always know she’s in the room when you hear her “Moo” ringtone!
